BiG M. had a good suggestion.

There is nothing that you can do with any kind of sound proofing in such a circumstance.
Why? Because we are not talking about ''sound waves''. We are talking about ''vibrations.'' Two totally different issues. One travels through the air, the other through the 'structure' of the home.

As was suggested, you need to look at what you can do at the area where the machines sit (The area in between the machine and the floor)and transmit ''vibrations'' to the home itself.
