I'm getting to do some trenching in the back yard. I'll call 811, but I am not sure Xfinity is part of that and, more importantly, I'm about certain that even if they are, they will only mark the cable line that goes to the cul-d-sac's main box and not the wire from my house to that box.
I've had the 811 folks come before, a few years ago, and all the utilities if I remember correctly go to the street in the front (I'll call again anyway). BUT, the cable line I know for a fact does loop across the backyard. My trench will need to cross that line at some point. It'll save me some hassle and let me dig a lot faster if I know where that dang cable is. Otherwise I'll have to dig gingerly the entire way. :/
Any idea how I can locate the Xfinity cable? I looked on their webstie and tried calling, and I have no way to get to a human being to even ask about it.
