A contractor is installing a hog wire fence with mud board for a sloped yard. Any recommendations for improvement is appreciated. Top boards look fine but this is not what I envisioned for boards along the bottom

Boards need to be parallel with each other, even following terrain. The hog wire can be cut to maintain a level look.
