All screws are 3" and snug. All doors appear to fit square enough in the frames. All doors need new weather striping... or appear to.
1: Seems to sag and latch is slightly beneath hole in strike plate. Have to push closed (hard) to lock deadbolt.
2: Have to lift fairly hard to close and lock. Maybe the threshold needs adjusting. This is a "french door" but one door is "fake" and the operational door is hinged on the fake door.
3: Have to pull verrrrry hard to lock deadbolt.
4: Have to turn knob just a bit to get the latch to not keep it from closing... or slam it.
Just looking for general door adjustment techniques and things to look for. I'm sure these doors worked when the house was built in the 90s.
