Cleaning an older Enting water softener. Customer support non-existent. It needs new salt and also water added to it. I have pictures but can't figure out how to add them from my phone.
It's been in use. I just emptied it yesterday to clean out years of sediment. I have salt to refill it with. It's just not obvious to me how to get it to refill with water to make brine. It would manually reganerate when I tried it so now I wonder if I need to put some water in with the hose. Not much help from their website.
