What is the normal/best way to do an outside corner of the shower where the short side is drywall and the other side is tile on cement backerboard?

Depending on the tile … install the sheetrock on the end, cut it off flush. Use an outside corner tile to wrap over the edge. Or a transition strip like schluter.
