Our bedroom door is immediately at the top landing of our stairs to the right. The door canNOT swing out into the hallway due to the stairs and another door. The door MUST swing in... but our bedroom has ceilings that are sloped and begin to do so 2 feet into the room (see images) meaning the 30" inch door hits the sloped ceiling only opening about half way.
SO what I am trying to figure out is what type of door or solution would work best for this area?

- We cannot do a pocket door.
- Accordion doors are a big NO from the wife.
- I have thought of bi-fold doors, but don't know how you would open or close them from the side it isn't swinging.
