Hi, I am framing an opening of a 28inch door. The distance between the 2 green studs is 31 inches. And the stud at left is right next to the wall will be finished. I understand that a 28 door frame will need to have 30inch opening. So how can I achieve the opening framing from here? The wall is not load bearing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
