OK so my ring wired doorbell [Video Doorbell Wired | Smallest & Most Affordable Ring Doorbell Camera] showed a warning that voltage was too high. "37V! Danger!"
I disconnected the wires from the doorbell and taped them over.
Power specs on doorbell are: transformer for power supply (10-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz, or 24VDC, 0.5A, 12W)
Transformer installed is:
Now the weird thing is I just went out with the multimeter and tested the voltage from the wires sticking out of the wall and it was 27.6V.
So... any thoughts?
