Daiken outdoor reset.

Not sure why there's an "on" and "off" label on the disconnect but it sure looks like just a disconnect and not a reset. There might be a reset button on the condenser for the low pressure cutout. Disconnecting the power with the disconnect may force a reset but sometimes you have to disconnect the air handler also to reset the condenser.

Sounds like you do have a leak. If it's a Daikin-branded system, it's probably pretty new and should still be under (parts) warranty.
You can flip the pull out around so you can have it plugged in, but not letting power through
