Canadian Electrical Code Conduit Entry

Hi,

I have underground PVC conduit running between a pool panel and a pavilion structure. The PVC conduit currently is not terminated in the panel. The other end needs to enter into a box mounted on the pavilion.

My understanding is that under the Canadian Electric code, I either have to

terminate the conduit directly to the panel and the box and then I can run individual RW90 wires between them; or
run NMWU cable through the conduit but exit the conduit before coming into the box or panel and enter both through a cable gland.

I prefer terminating the conduit directly to the panel/box however my understanding is that I would need to account for frost heave by using a expansion coupling on both ends, and I cannot find a 3/4 inch expansion coupling at any of the electrical supply stores in town.

Are there any other ways to accomplish this and be code compliant?
