Hoping to get some advice. I recently purchased a condo unit (built 2015) with exposed concrete ceilings. It looks patchy/discolored.
Originally I thought I'd put on a primer or PVA and plaster over it, but there seems to be conflicting opinions whether it's OK to plaster over concrete (b/c concrete expand due to heat at a different rate compared to plaster, so over time the plaster will fall off).
So has anyone done this and turned out OK? Or what are some alternatives I can use to finish/resurface the concrete ceiling.
