Getting ready to install the caps on my retaining wall. I am using 12x12 pavers and will lay on a bed of morter - question is, should I leave a gap between the caps and grout, or butt them together without grout? Guess Ive seen it both ways, just want the best looking outcome.
Additional info: I want the front to have at least a 2" overhang for my LED tape lighting that will run the entire 130'. with that said, if I leave a space between the caps and grout, will the grout stay., and maintain its integrity? or will it eventually need to be continuously filled?
