One time only, so very limited experience. Pressure washing did not remove all chalking. I had to brush off with soft bristle brush. Wipe with finger and should be no dusty residue. TSP and some laundry soap. The siding will hold some water and drain out the weep holes for some time. You may want to wait minimum one week. This is long time ago and used ben moore so different names but it was 100% acrylic and no primer. Used a roller then brush.
