Adding pot filler and moving refrigerator water line.

Curious: Does anyone ever use those pot-fillers and 8-burner stainless Viking ranges or are they just for show and they use DoorDash/UberEats instead?
Kinda what my wife asked me when I asked her if she wanted me to do one when I remodeled the kitchen. She said, "even with a pot filler I'd have to carry the pot back to the sink to drain it, so what's the advantage?". I couldn't argue her logic.

I put one in a client's remodel, and she uses it E-V-E-R-Y day and comments on it when I see her. She does cook a lot.
Your pic is very reminiscent of a job I did a few years ago. The client had originally called me in because they wanted to convert their drop-in SS sink to a farmhouse/apron sink. While talking about it they mentioned wanting to put in a wider range, so a small job turned into a much larger one requiring altering cabs, new countertops, backsplash, range vent and yes, I suggested a pot filler. What really struck me about your pic was the existing backsplash design that the cabinet removal led to the brick enclosure.

@wrangler nice conversion. I like the alcove. I have an admission. Once we got the cabinets installed and vent pipe exiting the right place, and the pot filler stubbed out, the owner came in and built the vent enclosure from my cut offs, and did the brick work the next weekend herself. She is quite talented and had an imagination that I can't touch. Like her shower tile configuration. This is flooring tile.
