Tiling on Bathtub Side Wall

I am remodeling my bathroom and I don't want to replace the tub. However, the color isn't the greatest and we're in a remote location and there isn't anyone to re-glaze it. So, we're considering tiling up the side of the tub with the same tile that we're using on the surround. Has anyone had experience with this?

No experience with it, but I personally dont think its a good idea...Where would you stop tiling? how would you create a clean edge where you stop Tiling? If you are remodeling, why not just replace the tub...a new tub only costs what...$250...A plumber would probably install it for about $250. Im a GC...I just had a plumber install a cast iron tub for me and rough in a shower valve, move my stub out for toilet and stub out for sink for a total of $320...Money well spent in my opinion.
