Hi everyone,
Wife and I have put an offer in on a foreclosed house in Florida. Haven't seen it yet but it needs a lot of TLC. Needs bathrooms re-tiled, carpets replaced with something, etc. Look forward to help and guidance as we get into it. Goal is to be ready to move in around October.
