Stop! The finigan pin is out of alignment with the curniflow of the uptakes, and the recumbant realignment chip is probably burned out. Very dangerous

Yeah your right, sorry Pal, call a good HVAC tech though, its a dead giveaway when you ask a question like that. You are really better off with a pro in this case.

My heater stopped working. Wont ignite. Is it the the ignitor or something else going on possibly?
If by chance you do come back for help, please help us by telling us...

  • What type of heater (make, model, Etc)
  • fuel type (gas, electric, fuel oil)
  • What is the unit doing now, or not doing. (noises, Inducer fan running, igniter sparking or glowing)
  • Any thing strange up to the time it quit.
Reminds me of a call I went on last weekend. Cust called and said they had no heat. I asked them some basic questions and determined over the phone that it might be a bad gas valve. After being there for about 10 min the cust asked me to check the water heater as well as they ran out of hot water. Turns out the gas co shut them off for not paying their bill
