just noticed that my york diamond 80 doesn't light as the fan has been blowing all day trying to heat up the house. i don't hear any clicking indicating that the gas is not flowing. additionally i tried to manually induce a fire at the gas blower and it doesn't light.

after doing some searches, some other posters have mentioned that there should be LED lights indicting whether gas is flowing but i'm unable to locate. the furnace is located next to the hot water boiler and that's working just fine. i haven't shut the gas off and the furnace was working just 2 days ago. any ideas? i've uploaded a couple of pictures it always helps. tx in advance for the help.

sry for the large pics. i don't know how to shrink them. also note that i've turned off the furnace in attempt to save the blower fan. it has been running all day.

Upper left corner has a black pressure switch with a gray hose. Take the hose off the end that's not visible in the picture and make sure the little port it hooks to is clear. From the looks of the inducer it appears your flue gas is running too cool and condensing,that's not DIY though.

do you mean this pipe? it was soft plastic and i checked to ensure that it's clear. i used an awl to poke at the holes a bit and they both seem cleared. i'm letting the furnace run a bit more in hopes of it turning on. the pic of the hose below.

in addition, can you explain " flue gas is running too cool and condensing,that's not DIY though. " to me as a noob? cause i am a noob. sry.

so am i looking at a new furnace all together?

well.. correction.s the video up to did fix the problem but i needed to have the fan unit on to hit the reset.. that's what the HAVC tech did.. d''''oh
