Here's a couple pics of some rot spots in the foundation sill. It's only in one spot and a couple more inches down its perfectly fine. Now this house was built along time ago and probably is just foundation to wood so that might be the reason. Is there any alarm or anything I could to? I think it's been in the same shape for awhile. I did the screwdriver test in it. Thanks

No, but stuck a long screw driver and it didn't go very far. Is it possible to dry rot to go away by itself? BC like I said only one spot has it and I don't think it's gotten worse. Is there anything I can do to prevent it just to be sure? Dry rot is from moisture in the house correct?
