Hi all, I have 100 year old pine floors in my bathroom, which have never had any kind of finish whatsoever on them. Any ideas on how I can refinish them so there are no issues with water??? Including filling in the spaces between the tongue and grove, and cracks etc in the wood? There are spaces because of expansive, age, etc. There are so many products available these days I have no clue which one to go with. And I would prefer to not 'slip and slide' on the floor when I am getting out of the shower. Any help, tips, etc. would be appreciated. I know wood floors in a bathroom is not the best choice, but it is what it is...so I am going with it.
