Wood floor recommendation for radiant heat

Any recommendations for what type of wood flooring to lay over a radiant system? I'm hearing Bamboo works well..

Thanks. I've seen that article but I'm getting mixed answers as to whether you definitely need to use quartersawn
Based on your name, I'll presume that you're installing a hydronic system!? If so, quartersawn is the only one you should use, short of engineered. Most solid mfr's won't warranty their product over hydronic systems.
Yes it's a hydronic system. I was actually looking into a solid bamboo. I've been told since bamboo is more stable than oak, maple etc.. it would be ok over radiant. I can't find quartersawn in the darker color family that the wife wants
