Hello Guys.
Please help me wire this double foot switch i bought online.
I have 110v 1/2hp motor which is running with drum switch.
I want to use my motor using foot switch instead.
i tried so many combination but cannot get it working.
i have attached pictures of current drum switch & foot switch.

Can't do it that way. There is possibility you could hit both switches at the same time directly shorting your motor, as there is no mechanical interlock between them like there is on the drum switch.

You should be using your foot switches with a reversing starter.
Anyway if you don't want to head the advice, the motor says right on it, to reverse direction change leads 1 and 5.
