Hi Guys,
My bathroom currently has a single light wired to the light switch. There are no outlets in the bathroom. I would like to add a combination switch outlet in place of the current switch.

Is it possible to do this if the feed goes through the light first?
Do I need to nix the idea of a combo switch all together because its not GFI

Any help would be appreciated.

You need a new 3 wire cable to do it. You also need to be a 20 amp circuit to meet current code.
I believe they do make combo devices that are GFCI.
