I want to add a 30amp RV outlet into my panel box(single pole). I know the hot goes to the breaker and the ground and neutral go to the buss. In the back of the panel there is a silver and copper colored bar. Both the neutral and ground are mixed between the two busses. My question is that do the different color bars mean anything? I'm guessing not but I wanted to hear from someone else who knows more about this before I do anything.

Just follow whatever pattern is already being used. If one is a dedicated ground bar it can only have grounds, no neutrals.

Do not share a hole with a neutral.

None of the bars are dedicated. So I can put the ground and neutral next to each other in the same bar?

If this is the only panel for the house you can use the same bar.
