Wire Size to Sub Panel

I have conduit installed to go from main panel to subpanel about 75' away.
Have been reading recommendations directed at THNN in #4, #6 and #8 sizes.

Installed conduit is 1 1/2"

I was at a big box store and they sell #3 THNN that is $0.10 per foot more than #4.

Main panel is 200 amp Square D and subpanel (already installed) is 125 amp GE. I would like to have 70 to 80 amp capacity for subpanel. Am I better off opting for the #3 wire?
