Here is the situation
New install of windows. Not an upgrade.
I have a lenovo USB mouse. I have installed the lenovo mouse driver suite. The lenovo mouse shows up in device manager as a 'human interface device'.
However windows insists on using the generic HID mouse under mice and other pointing devices. I want to be able to program the wheel click and I can't do that with the generic.
How do I get windows 10 to recognize the lenovo mouse as the proper one. I tried disabling the generic but then I had no mouse.
