windows 10 file sharing

I have a windows 7 PC with file sharing enabled. In the past I have had no issue sharing the files.
I now have a new windows 10 PC and it will not see any of the files on the window 7 unit. How do I setup a proper file sharing network between windows 7 and windows 10? Previously I would setup a homegroup network but I not seeing that function in Window 10.

Thanks I will give this a try later. It is a nice sunny day today. Time for yard work.

Doesn't work.
When I try to
Open the Start menu, do a search for HomeGroup and press Enter.

There is no homegroup found

I found a solution. This link has the info. I needed to turn a few services that were not running.

Some of the directories still show I do not have permission.
