Hi :)

If I knew what this was called, I probably wouldn't to post here :)

It's the strip of insulation at he bottom of the window, inbetween the window and the frame. It's not visible unless you pick the window up and out of the frame, as I have done in the pic below.

What I have now is old, and starting to deteriorate. I went to HD, but they only have the regular foam insulation, which is not what this is.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

It is removable right. Bubble type seal any ideal on brand of window. Picture with window open would help.

Yes, it is removable - if I scrape it off with a razor blade.

Opening the window wouldn't help; that wouldn't show anything else.

Did a search for 'spring bronze window weatherstripping' - that's not it.

And that seems to be it.

My earlier comment of "its removable if I scrape it off with a razor blade" turns out to be incorrect; I thought it was affixed with adhesive, but upon closer inspection, it slides in as in the pic.
