I'm trying to find a decent(affordable) compressor that can handle both of these guns.

I'm worried that the framing gun wont work well with it. This is for light use in the house to frame some walls and some other random projects.

For light use you'll be fine. The thing is going to run a lot to keep up with you if you're framing at a good clip, but for one person it will be fine, just take breaks. I've run a 3.5" framer on a 1/4" hose, no issues, but I don't go as fast as a pro would. Not sure of the longevity of that type of compressor.

That will work fine as long as your not a production framer. However I would recommend you buy a full round head nailer, not a clipped head nailer as many communities do not allow the use of clipped head nails (and they may be hard to find)

I have three compressors with my smallest being the One gallon Senco which I have used for pick-up work using a PC framing nailer.

A pancake nailer should work fine as long as you don't use any bump nailing

You can use a clipped head nailer with offset round head nails. Use them all the time in my guns. Passes code and get to use paper tape - no plastic flying at my face.

That gun ad is strange, it says clipped head, but farther down the page it says full head wire weld like on the Bostitch site.

The oil-less compressors have Teflon rings that wear out after a year or so of production framing, and you have to rebuild them. Until then, they gradually loose the compression (leak around the rings) they had when new and it takes longer and longer to fill the tank. It may not be noticeable as I've heard many framers say-- they're great and lightweight. As stated, occasional use- ok. Be safe, G
