Hi All
I'm in north Chicago
My house was built in 40's and many of the interior pipes are iron (and inside walls in finished basement)
I get a lot of stains in toilets and tried of using britta filters for drinking water, as I'm not confident in quality of city water
I'm considering something like a springwell whole house system (https://www.springwellwater.com/), but not sure if if it's worth doing it if all interior pipers are iron. I know it will help with some stuff, but is it worth purifying water and then pushing it through iron?
I know I could do an under sing RO system, but would really like whole house solution
TIA
Mark
