I have a Whirlpool GD5RHAXNB00 that wont make ice. Here is what I've done, replaced icemaker module, checked the infered sensors ok. Have only 34VAC at BK/WH wire, not near enough. HELP
I would call the provider and they provide the instructions to check if you have power. The covering in the front of the ice maker can be removed and there should be a few little holes that are labeled either by numbers or letters. You'll need a heavy gauge wire to check to see if you have power.
I think I may have found the problem, I have 120VAC going into the inffrared emitter board and into the reciever board but only 34VAC coming out of reciever baord to to icemaker module/ motor....i'll let you know how it works out
