Hi,
I've replaced light switches in the past. No biggie. But this has me stumped. I shot a short video to explain.

Any ideas WHICH switch I need to replace? Thanks for you help!

It is one of those at either end of the hall. They are both 3 ways. The one in the middle is a 4 way and I doubt it is bad. Buy 2 new 3 ways and replace them both. Less than $3 each.

I believe light switch #1 is the problem.

#2 and #3 appear to be working as they should, the flicker that you see is from opening amd closing the contacts inside the switches.

Is switch #1 a three way switch?

There are 3 switches, so one of them will be a 4 way switch. Which one is the 4 way switch?

I'm going to change out the #1 switch. I grabbed one today. We'll see. If not, I'll have to open each and see which is the 4-way.
