Have an 18 year old Rheem gas water heater in a 9 unit apartment building that is nearing the end of its life. After going on youtube and a variety of sites, there doesn't seem to be a consensus about who makes the best water heater.
The current tank is 100 gallons and the building has copper pipes. Would like something that is simple (i.e. less stuff that can break) and is reliable for years to come.
What are people's experiences with different brands and what should I get?
