I've got Azek trim abutting cement. Which caulk would work best. I've tried a couple of different ones but I can't find one that sticks to PVC.

straight 100% silicone sealant,,, NO CAULK ! ! ! only apply the sealant less than 1 depth : 2 width & no more than 3/8" thick.

try osi quad never not had it not stick as long as the surface is clean and dry and is paintable

silicone and masonary?

osi is good for this.

and now they have that PL ULTIMATE caulk for easier cleanup if some will show.

and theres also solar seal for the ultimate caulking

according to dow, the sealant's design'd for best results UP TO a depth:width ratio of 1:2 w/sealant bead thickness NOT TO EXCEED 3/8" AFTER tooling,,, that's in an atmosphere where the conc would expand/contract in response to temp swings,,, more'n likely your application won't be affect'd.
