I have a leaky valve used to connect garden hoses. I don't know what it is called and where to get a replacement part. Looks like the valve can be taken out.

It is leaking from the green turn handle. Between the nut and the green turn handle. I have to turn it very tight to stop the leak. I have to use a wrench to tighten it and use the same to loose it up to turn the water on. However, just normal turning it off, the valve leaks.
If a globe valve or gate valve leaks from around the stem when turned off by hand the valve is leaking past the seat and needs further attention than the packing. That valve can be taken apart by unscrewing the bonnet after the water supply is turned off.
