where can i get parts for Ameristar Model#M2HP3036A1000A?
defrost board/ contactor / temp sensor

Having issue w/ defrost since installation. They replaced 3 boards and what not in 2 yrs with no avail.

If they replaced the board 3 times I would have to assume it's not the board. Can you tells what you are seeing? Model number?

every time temp falls bellow ~32, heat pump iced up.
Basically doesn't go in to defrost.

They last changed board few weeks back and now outside unit fan stays on 24x7.

turning off main power stops the fan but it turns back on as soon as main turns on even if thermostat is off. i remove the temp sensor and that prevents the fan from turning on when i power main. but once i turn on heat, fan never turns off.

on the board i see sticker:
