Need to put a sun setter retractable on my moms summer place . It is a mid 90s 14' or so by 70' or so not sure of brand. Need to know what is inside the walls , headers or a place to anchore this thing. Any help would be greatly helpfull.

If you have trouble using a measuring tape, perhaps it would be best to hire someone that is knowledgeable with these.
There are various types of awnings and these are mounted in different ways. And then buildings have variables as well, so to be on the safe side, it would be wise find someone who has experience installing these!
