Since purchasing our home 7 years ago (1st time home buyers) we've had some plumbing issues. Chiefly of which is our drains at the washing machine, our bathroom sink and tub slowly draining periodically. We've had plumbers out three times and while I was at work, my housefrau tells me that they've snaked the vent pipe each time, and they have the wrong size head on their truck to snake the washing machine pipe, claiming that there must be a reduced sized pipe below the house. Recently I went into our crawlspace and checked it out. It is the same sized pipe after all.
The last time the plumbers were out they were going to snake the Main Drain Cleanout, but of course it's overgrown and they couldn't find it. My next door neighbor tells me that his is at the SW corner of the house which makes sense on account that there is a Sewer Manhole that sits between our backyards, but this is counter intuitive as in my under hose explorations I see the drain pipe

from the shower, sink and toilet making a right turn into the NW (front) corner of the house by means of the drain pipe making a right turn and then disappearing into the earth. In the interim, the only way we can keep the drains open is with drain cleaner chemicals which we need to bring an end to.
I wonder if it is appropriate to give the 'Call Before You Dig' folks a jingle to at least help me find the Main Drain Line?

Thanks and a lift of the lynch lid for any insights or opinions.

The one in your picture you posted is, i agree is a clean out. However, not the main sewer clean out, as it is too small.

Do you know what line is that? kitchen, bath, ?? Have they open that clean out and snaked from there?

Call before you dig may only detect metal. It looks like your lines are ci so that would be an option, i agree.

If it is cast iron out to the road a metal detector might find a clean out close to the surface in the yard. That looks like it might be 60 years old, might be at end of life.

That picture looks like 1 1/2" or 2" so it cant be sink, toilet and bath. That riser is probably from the lav sink. If it was a shower, it would have a trap. And a toilet uses a 3" line and wouldnt be combined with other drains.

A sewer camera, like a Rigid Seesnake, can go in the pipe to the clean out branch. Then a locator can be used above the ground to find the camera in the buried pipe.
