So I live in a studio condo, and I believe all of these devices are on separate circuits.

When I am preheating my oven, and the oven clicks periodically while heating up, If my plasma TV is on, the picture goes black for a couple seconds and then come back on. It doesn't appear that the TV actually turns off, but the picture disappears..

The same thing happens when my central A/C kicks on.

Anyone have any ideas?

Actually, maybe it could be the cable box because that is plugged in near the A/C closet...Since the TV doesn't actually turn off, that seems to make more sense.
