Yes, I'm 100% sure it's a regular residential AC condenser. And the building is a end unit of a townhouse. The unit is mounted on the side wall.Are you sure it's not a mini-split?

Will it fall down eventually? Would the wall be damaged?I think this concrete anchor will work perfect with brick wall but if the wall is coated with brick I don't think it will be strong.
