I need to cleanup some painted steel drip edge. What type of wheel would work best with a grinder for this job?

I need to cleanup some painted steel drip edge. What type of wheel would work best with a grinder for this job?

Drip edge is just thin sheet metal. I'm not sure I'd be using a grinder at all. Can you just sand it a little bit?

The wire brushes you have selected are too aggressive. The 3M scothbrite wheel is the wrong shape, it is used for flat surfaces.

I would try a straight fine wire wheel brush.
