Are you sure it is 12 SEER for a 5 ton system? Even the XL15i andXL16i units they sell now can't break 15 SEER in this higher ton rating.

Not an HVAC guy, but larger units should be more efficient and I've now heard of SEERs up to 24.
Hopefully one of the HVAC guys will chime in; I'm kinda' curious myself.

you can do many things with the software. i just installed a demo, but i think im going to buy it.
