What kind of weed is this? (Pic attached)

Been battling this weed for weeks now and not sure how to kill it. It seems to resist Halts Crabgrass as well as Dimension pre-emergents. Roundup only slows it down but doesn't kill it, the roots go really deep and pretty tough to pull.

Mowed lawn (Bermuda) two days ago and they are all back again. I'm in North Texas area.

I always thought that was a type of grass!

Could it be Roundup resistant Turf tall fescue?

I can't recall roundup failing to kill anything I've applied it to.

I've always had that and always thought it was crabgrass? Is it?

The roots to this weed is a little different then Crabgrass... This weed has really long roots, and they are white and fleshy. It is almost impossible to pull this weed by hand since the root
network is so strong.

Might it be Quack grass?
