My local Wally-Mart has a similar set made by Hitachi, on clearance for 5 clams. Picked up 2 sets.

We call them tamper proof. They come in many forms like torx or hex.

worse case senerio, just cut a slot across the top with a dremel and use a normal flathead screwdriver...and replace with a normal screw..
