Hello everybody! New to this site. Just bought a house and decided to become a member here. I was wondering what this pipe outside was. Took a couple of pics. It runs up one of the corners and goes above my patio cover. Is this a natural gas pipe?

Where's it start/end? Looks like electrical conduit to me too. I don't think anything else would have a 90-degree bend like that. Show us a close picture of that coupling just below the 90-degree bend in your first picture, and I'll know for sure.

It starts in the ground. Can't see where it ends though. Took some more pics I'll upload later.

I'm voting for electrical conduit also.

Do you have an electrified detached garage, post light, bug zapper, hot tub, etc. in your yard?

Note: The couping for the pipe is an "Erickson" type coupling, only used on electrical conduit. The bend in the pipe is man/hand made, not used for any type of fluid or gas piping by codes. So: This is an electrical line. I would say someone ran an electrical line from a power source inside to an application outside.
