What is this called?? Help!!

Trying to rebuild this faucet, previous post I couldnt figure out the washer situation... got the part from a plumbing parts store. Put it together and it is leaking from this part....what is this?? So I can look at the parts I need for this. Its leaking from the top and I am assuming another washer.

You need to be more specific with "leaking from this part". At one of the threaded fittings? Through the casting itself?

You may not have the threaded parts tight enough.

Maybe a little bit of teflon tape or some pipe sealant dope can help.
