I have a 136 sq. ft. cooler that we store flowers in for our shop. The flooring is poured concrete. It is kept at 45 degrees.
I had VCT installed 6 years ago and I am tired of cleaning and waxing it all the time. I just removed the VCT and I am in the process of scrapping the black glue off now. (Not fun!)

My question is, I am thinking of laying down Travertine. Will it adhere to the concrete and let moisture in and out.

And if I seal it would it stop the moisture from going in and out.

Or what suggestions of the type of flooring I can install that will stay down in a wet environment that is low maintenance.

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks

Travertine is a soft porous tile, go with ceramic instead.
