If this is for a service these are the service lateral.

All you need for a 200A service at this distance (under 250') is the standard 2/0CU or 4/0AL.
In my area we use URD with 4/0, 4/0, 2/0 AL conductors.

This information should also be available from your POCO.

You DO NOT need a voltage drop calculator for this installation. :whistling2:

BTW- if this is a service lateral and not a feeder, then the POCO is usually the one to size the conductors.
250' is usually the limit for "standard" sized laterals.
