Do you ever use them? I just installed them and I got rid of that 60hz interference. A lot of installers forget the terminators.

I think a lot of the newer splitters/connections are self terminating. But, it wouldn't hurt to use the terminators if you want to.

Terminators are used to prevent signal reflections within the cable when it's not terminated in its characteristic impedance (in this case, 75Ω).

You usually only need terminators if you have a stub. This can happen if you use T-connectors or have splitters with unused cables attached to them. Professional video equipment can go Hi-impedance but most home stuff assumes it's also terminating the bus.
